1 - A comprehensive list of mental health resources and support services available to individuals. These resources range from helplines and online counselling to support groups and self-help materials.
2 - A directory of guidance and policies for promoting positive mental health and creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
3 - The Mental Health Professional Learning Framework is a key component of the toolkit. This framework provides opportunities to build knowledge and skills that are required for everyone who works with children and young people to provide effective support to those in need.
