Mental Health Support

Online mental health services for children aged 10 plus, young people and adult's resident in Aberdeenshire. These services from Kooth and Togetherall are accessed anonymously, are available 365 days a year and offer a safe place to share, get help and learn. Support offered includes counselling and peer to peer opportunity and helps bridge young people and adult services. They have been commissioned by Aberdeenshire Council on behalf of the GIRFEC Children and Young Peoples Mental Health & Wellbeing group.
Consultation with children, young people, parents, and adults identified accessible online services as being important to support mental wellbeing.
