Barnardo’s Works Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire – TRIBE Project aims to support young people experiencing low confidence, anxiety, low mood, isolation or have been impacted by Covid 19 to access training programmes, further education or employment. Offer 6 months, 1—1 support with a key worker to help you focus on the following areas: Widening your network: Communication, interaction with others and confidence building, building bridges: Supporting access to services that improve wellbeing, job opportunities and training: They offer help to explore local options  and increase job readiness skills. TRIBE will support individuals to improve confidence, wellbeing and to explore future opportunities. Referrals from schools, third sector.
